Obituary for Francis Xavier "Frank" Miskell

Francis (Frank) X. Miskell (March 1954- April 2018)
Frank Miskell was a native New Yorker who grew up and lived all of his life in Chelsea, New York. Frank was a proud Longshoreman who spent his entire career at the International Longshoremens Association. He is survived by his brother Michael, sisters Jane & Ellen, brothers in law, John Burns, Frank McHugh and his neice Katie and nephews Peter & Paul. Frank is predeceased by his parents Frank & Peggy (Donovan) Miskell and his brother Richard.Frank loved and was loved by many people and there are just too many to name. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, May 3 at St Rafael's Church, 3520 Greenpoint Ave., Long Island City, NY. Interment Calvary Cemetery. The family requests that donations be made in Frank's name as an acknowledgement of this charities support of his deceased brother Richard in his time of need.
