Obituary for Sheila W. Creasy
Sheila W. Creasy of Brooklyn NY, Passed from this life on Thursday November, 17, 2022
after a long illness in Manhattan at age 90.
She was the daughter of James and Alice Walsh , Irish Immigrants who came to
America in the 1920’s. Sheila married Richard Creasy in Brooklyn and they had three children, Richard, Mariann (Staples) and Michael.
Sheila was employed later in life as a para legal for a Law firm in Manhattan and later worked in Administration at Brooklyn College. She loved the Brooklyn Dodgers, especially Jackie Robinson. Sheila also loved cats and her St Francis Xavier Group.
Sheila was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Richard, two of her children, Richard and Mariann and her brother James. She is survived by her son Michael, her brother Michael, her two sisters, Mary and Patricia and her dear friends ant St. Francis Xavier Parish in NYC.
Visitation Monday, November 21, 2022 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Redden Funeral Home, 325 w. 14th St., NYC. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, November 22, 2022 10:00am at St. Francis Xavier Church, 30 W. 16th St., NYC.
