He was born in NYC, the son of Theresa Connolly and the late Robert A. Cook, and
leaves many relatives in America & Ireland. Included are his Godmother & Aunt,

Barbara Jean & Tom, Susan, Brian & Barbara, Brendan, Brook, Brittany& Daniel & Baby David,
Michael & Barbara, Tessa, Cynthia& Grace, Claire Frances, Peter, Suzanne, Adam, Margot, Nicholas, Goddaughter Isabella.

Christopher spent many happy years working as an actor with The Metropolitan Opera Company.
